Since 1975, Keating & Associates has been providing comprehensive financial planning and insurance services to individuals and small businesses. In that time, much has changed. The economic and financial landscape has changed globally; rules and regulations regarding benefits, taxes and insurance have evolved; small businesses have revolutionized how they operate and compete; and individuals have had to take more responsibility for their financial futures.
As a firm, we’ve changed, too. We’ve grown from a handful of associates at one office in Manhattan, Kansas, to more than 45 associates in five locations throughout the Midwest. And our services have grown along with us and according to our clients’ needs. In fact, we’ve built our business around our clients’ requests, resulting in varied and vast services and enhanced professional development that we feel sets us apart from other niche financial firms.
Today, we are an independent registered investment advisor, managing more than $400 million in assets and over $1 billion in life insurance benefits. And while much about our world and business has changed, some things have remained the same. We still subscribe to a philosophy of honesty and integrity when dealing with our clients. We pride ourselves on establishing trusted relationships by being innovative, respectful, team-oriented and accountable. And although we have grown, we remain a small business – offering the personalized service clients deserve and an uncommon degree of insight into the unique needs of small business owners.
