The Six Steps of Our Transformative Wealth Process.

Wealth is a tool to help build the life you envision. So in our initial Vision Session, we begin by learning about what that life looks like to you. Once we fully understand your vision, we balance opportunities with the realities of any constraints or obstacles you may face.

We then move to Discovery Analysis. This important step is a comprehensive assessment of your current business and personal financial situation. It gives us a financial framework so we can begin to develop an effective, appropriate strategy.

In our Strategy Session, we look at different tools and tactics to help us overcome any hurdles on the way to helping you achieve your objectives. Here, we employ powerful tools we have developed to help you fully understand your financial picture, define your requirements and aspirations, and assess your comfort level with regard to a broad array of investment opportunities. Now we are ready for the step we call the Client Roadmap. Using all we have learned about you from the previous steps, we create a detailed blueprint to address each aspect of your wealth management needs and help achieve your goals.

In the Wealth System step, we compile and implement a system of people, processes and resources to launch your plan and help you achieve your goals. We will coordinate with other advisors such as your attorney or CPA, with your consent and knowledge.

Finally, the Wealth Monitor stage features a structured review procedure to chart your progress. We offer refinements as needs and situations change, always keeping you informed and making certain that every action meets with your approval and comfort level.

Tools We Use

The Family Wealth Stress Test
This tool helps us determine your family wealth index – in other words, the minimal rate of return that you need to attain in order to meet your goals. We use this as a benchmark instead of measuring against the S&P because it allows our clients to take less risk. We also stress test your portfolio against various scenarios such as inflation, to help set and maintain your expectations.

Client Engagement Road Map
Many investors are inclined to make emotional, sometimes rash, decisions based upon what is happening at the moment, losing sight of where they have been or where it is they want to go. Our solution is to build our service around the Client Engagement Road Map. The Client Engagement Road Map is a tool establishing a quarterly planning and service agenda to coordinator our clients' multi-faceted and more complicated financial affairs. This tool helps our clients articulate and then document their goals and objectives in a critical function.  This helps make complicated matters simpler.  The Road Map identifies and then lays out a structured approach to each of the many separate and frequently more complicated client needs and desires.

Effective implementation of the Client Engagement Road Map helps our clients maintain their focus on their unique and diverse circumstances. This also provides a great structure for ongoing discussion of their needs as well as real visibility as to what has been accomplished and what needs to happen next.  The Road Map develops a broader review of our client’s needs, clearer expectations about ongoing interactions, and pinpointing planning areas of the greatest concern to our clients.
