Matt has more than 20 years of investment management experience, beginning his career in 1981 with A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc., where he was a senior vice president of investments.
Matt draws upon his experience to create investment plans that help his clients feel more comfortable with their financial decisions. He specializes in individual stock and bond issues, managed money, mutual funds and unit trusts. When reviewing your portfolio he will recommend adjustments based on current market trends and activity in the stock market.
Matt graduated from Florida State University in 1981, where he earned his bachelor's degree in economics.
Originally from St. Louis, Matt came to Sarasota with his family in 1965. He currently resides in Sarasota with his wife, Judy, and their two children, Ryan and Lauren. A believer in giving back to his community, he is affiliated with both the Boys & Girls Club and the United Way of Sarasota County as well as the McClellan Park School.
