Working together for more than 20 years, Adam Meinrod and Chris Leeper bring their sense of collaboration and combined knowledge to help meet their clients’ unique financial goals. Meaningful client relationships are important to Adam, which is why he enjoys his affiliation with Raymond James – a firm that understands, supports and respects the relationships he has with his clients.
Prior to joining Raymond James in 2005, Adam served as a financial advisor at Robert W. Baird and Merrill Lynch. He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, where he earned a bachelor's degree in economics. Upon graduating the academy in 1986, Adam continued his military career as a naval aviator flying the F/A-18 Hornet carrying out 29 combat missions during Operation Desert Storm.
An Ohio native, Adam resides in Jacksonville, Florida, with his wife, Annette, and their three sons. Adam is an active volunteer and mentor with the MaliVai Washington Youth Foundation, Lymphoma and Leukemia Society, and Take Stock in Children. With his free time he enjoys tennis, working out, and activities with his sons.

For more than 20 years he has spent his professional life helping families and individuals pursue their desired retirement lifestyle and investment goals. Chris enjoys working in the independent environment that Raymond James provides and respects how the company enables him to always do what's best for clients.
Chris began his career in the financial services industry as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch. He later went to work as a financial advisor at Robert W. Baird & Co. before coming to Raymond James. He attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he earned a bachelor's degree in business.
Originally from Asheville, North Carolina, Chris is now committed to making a difference in Jacksonville, the city he's proud to call home. He and his wife, Aly, support foundations including Young Life, UF Health Jacksonville and the Leukemia Lymphoma Society. Chris has recently co-chaired the Delicious Destinations fundraising event that benefitted St. Vincent's Hospital, where he is also on the board. Chris enjoys wine, traveling and playing the guitar.

With more than thirty years of experience in the financial services industry, Steve has aimed to provide expertise in the area of asset protection and estate planning for individuals and local small businesses. Steve completed the Pension Funds and Money Management program at the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania in 1996. He has previously served as the Vice-Chair of the University of North Florida College of Arts and Sciences. He has also previously worked with the Development Committee for Jacksonville Country Day School. Steve enjoys traveling and spending time with his two daughters, Jessica and Lindsay.
Sean specializes in building and customizing financial goal plans for clients and positioning investments to align with those long-term goals. Sean, along with his partners, regularly reviews and researches investment solutions, always seeking more effective and efficient investment alternatives for clients. Sean also serves as the branch director for Meinrod & Leeper Wealth Management of Raymond James. Sean joined Raymond James in 2003 and has been advising clients ever since. He also has 7 years of experience in regional management with the firm. He believes his knowledge and expertise will undoubtedly elevate the engagement level and tangible value clients have come to expect through our well-known Red-Carpet service.
Sean graduated from the University of Florida in 2001, with a bachelor’s degree in business, specializing in economics. Sean also completed the Securities Industry Institute (SII) executive program at the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania in 2016. Actively involved in the worship ministry of FBC Middleburg, he also serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors at Clay County Soccer Club. Sean enjoys playing guitar and spending time with his wife, Kelly, and their three children.
