Todd L. Miller

Todd L. Miller has more than 25 years of experience in equity markets and technical analysis. His analytical skills and in-depth understanding of market history help him creatively design his clients' portfolios. He also holds Series 7, 65 and 63 licenses. He has been affiliated with Raymond James since 1993.
When not working with his clients, Todd works with local and regional historical societies. Todd also works closely with states in the mid-Atlantic region (including Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Delaware) regarding laws and regulations that affect historical societies' liberties to operate machinery throughout the United States. Todd and his wife, Holly, have been married for 25 years and have one daughter.

Jeff is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional with more than 30 years of experience in banking, securities and insurance. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association and the Financial Services Institute, and has achieved membership in the Raymond James Financial Services Executive Council1 each year since 2004. In 1999, Central Penn Business Journal also recognized Jeff as one of the region's ''Top 40 under 40" local business leaders.2

A graduate of York College of Pennsylvania, Jeff has worked with Raymond James Financial Services since 1993 and has served as manager of the RJFS York branch since 1997. Prior to his service with Raymond James, Jeff built his career in the banking and securities sectors. Jeff is licensed to sell health, life and long-term care insurance and annuities. He holds Series 7, 65, 63, 24, and 51 licenses and is registered in 24 states in the US. He is also a notary public.
Since age 17, Jeff has been actively involved in community service. He is a long-time Junior Achievement volunteer, teaching business skills to 8th- and 12th-grade students. He has also volunteered as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Christian School of York since 1997 and currently serves as Board of Trustees Vice President. He has also served as campaign manager for several local officeholders. In 1991, he was elected as a member of the Board of Auditors for Springettsbury Township and continues to serve in that capacity.
Jeff and his wife, Pam, have been married for more than 28 years and have two children, Daniel and Tiffany. (Tiffany is Miller & Gay's Communication and Relationships Manager.) In his free time, Jeff enjoys watching college football and cooking for his family. Jeff and Pam are active members of Grace Baptist Church of York.

Chris M. Lehr, CFP®

Chris M. Lehr is passionate about serving families and small businesses in the Central Pennsylvania region with their financial planning needs. His straightforward approach helps clients to set realistic goals, better understand their current financial state and develop customized plans and strategies. He is a 1986 graduate of Penn State University and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. He joined Raymond James in 1999 and has over 20 years of experience with financial planning.
Chris is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife Libby have been married for 26 years and reside in York County with their two daughters. In the community, Chris is an active member of Living Word Community Church where he serves as a growth group leader and has also served on the finance committee of the Christian School of York.
Vivian Dehoff
Financial Advisor
Vivian managed a local business for several years before bringing her hands-on experience into the financial services industry. She then built a long career in securities, insurance and banking before joining Raymond James as financial advisor in 2000. She holds Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses and is licensed to offer annuities, life, health insurance and long-term care to assist in her clients’ planning needs.
Vivian earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from York College of Pennsylvania and still pursues continuing education, particularly in estate and trust planning. She is experienced in basic tax preparation and enjoys addressing clients' tax questions.*
Vivian has served as a volunteer tutor for immigrant students through the York Literacy Council. Vivian was born and raised in York and has one teenage son, Galen. She values spending time with her other family members and enjoys traveling, music, and is skilled in playing the piano.

Steve G. Blouse, AAMS®
Financial Advisor
Steve joined Raymond James Financial Services in 2011 with more than 10 years experience in securities and financial planning serving clients primarily in South Central PA. Previously, he had a successful career in Corporate America.
Steve is very thorough, enthusiastic and enjoys personal face-to-face client meetings. He treats each client distinctively as he understands that everyone has different goals, time horizons and tolerance for risk. He holds Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses as well as PA licenses for the sale of life, annuity and long term care insurance products. He obtained the Accredited Asset Management Specialist (SM), (AAMS®) accreditation from the College for Financial Planning in 2006. Steve specializes in retirement planning and strategies for saving for college.
A native of York, PA, Steve served as a member of West York Borough Council while still in his 20s. He and his wife, Lisa, have been married for more than 22 years. They have one daughter, a student a York Catholic High School. Steve and his family are faithful members of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church where he is a member of the Knights of Columbus.
As a family, they enjoy both Alpine and Nordic skiing, biking, traveling, humor and the outdoors. They also enjoy helping with meat processing and work on the farms of his wife, Lisa’s family, in the Biglerville and East Berlin area.
Tiffany Blackstone
Communication and Relationships Manager
Tiffany's role is to ensure the best possible relationship between the team and their clients. She manages client communication, branch events, and select client service projects. Before joining the Miller & Gay team, she gained several years of marketing and public relations experience interning with an award-winning public relations firm, two Fortune 500 companies and her alma mater, Messiah College.
In her free time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband Andrew and son Josiah, gardening, baking, and photography. In addition to her work at Miller & Gay, she operates her own portrait, event and wedding photography business. She and her family are members of Calvary Chapel of York.
Adam Lake
Registered Sales Assistant
After earning a dual Bachelor’s of Arts and Science degree in Finance with an emphasis in Financial Planning at Shippensburg University in 2008, Adam Lake began serving clients of the Carlisle satellite office as the team’s Operations Assistant. In a matter of months, Adam rapidly grew his experience level by earning his Series 7 and 66 licenses and his licenses to sell accident, life, health, and long-term care insurance and fixed annuities. Now, Adam serves as a Registered Sales Assistant supporting both the administrative and trade-related needs of Financial Advisors Jeff Gay, Todd Miller, and Steve Blouse. He hopes to achieve his long-term career goal of becoming an independent Financial Advisor in the years ahead.
Outside of his business life, Adam is an outdoorsman enjoying golfing, kayaking, disc golf, hiking and fishing. He keeps busy as a Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources volunteer and is a member of many environmental and recreational organizations including: the Appalachian Trail Conservancy, Cumberland Valley Appalachian Trail Club, Friends of Kings Gap, Susquehanna River Trail Association, Canoe Club of Greater Harrisburg, Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay, Conodoguinet Creek Watershed Association and Citizens for Pennsylvania’s Future (PennFuture). He is a member of Middlesex United Methodist Church.
Gina Craig
Executive Assistant
Gina joined Miller & Gay Investment Management in 2011 with an extensive background in customer service. With more than 10 years experience as a flight attendant and as a Customer Service Supervisor for Southwest Airlines-BWI Airport, Gina brings a wealth of customer service training and experience to Miller & Gay. Gina's financial industry experience as a Service Manager and as Interim Branch Manager for a local Wells Fargo Bank branch provide valuable financial industry experience to benefit Miller & Gay clients.
Gina moved to York, PA in 2010 with her husband, Jared. In her spare time, Gina enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at Living Word Community Church, bike riding, and playing with her dog Bailey.
