Our clients always come first, and our team is dedicated to providing the premier service while minimizing client time and energy spent on administrative issues. This means we provide timely answers to your questions and swift resolution to your inquiries and requests.
We make communication easy for you. When you call us during normal business hours, you will reach a person – not an automated system. For clients who prefer to communicate via e-mail, you will receive an immediate response during normal business hours. No matter when you call or e-mail us, we will respond within 12 hours.
Our service team is made up of two individuals: Martha Kiger and Petra Zunt. For questions regarding checks, cost basis or account transfers, call Martha. If you have any questions about your statement, documents, appointments or other correspondence, call Petra.
Our commitment to service also means we take the extra step to ensure task completion. We follow up until every issue has been resolved, and our goal is to do so within 24 hours. We also help you coordinate the flow of your financial information among advisors upon request. For example, we will provide comprehensive year-end tax statements to your CPA along with our phone number so they can contact us directly with questions.
