Save many trees. We can now set up our clients' accounts so they receive annual reports and proxies electronically. We are very excited to tell you that you can now save many trees by setting up your accounts so that you receive most proxies and annual reports via email. A company Raymond James works with called Investor Delivery facilitates this process. Not every public company works with them, but about 65% of them do, and the number is steadily growing. A few mutual funds have signed up as well. If you are a client and you want to have us set you up for this service, just email us. Greg will then be in touch with you to make it happen. It is simple to do. Once you are registered it will take about 4-6 weeks for all companies to be notified of this change, but after that your snail mail load should be reduced considerably.
