Our “Working in the Zone” coaching program gives women advisors a chance to refocus, to make a commitment to creating their practices, rather than just maintaining the status quo. Performance coaching helps financial advisors learn about and make a valuable behavioral change. Coaching is an ongoing relationship between the professional coach and the client, which focuses on the client taking action toward the realization of their visions, goals or desires. Coaching uses a process of inquiry and personal discovery to build the client’s level of awareness and responsibility and provides the client with structure, support and feedback. “Working in the Zone” is a coaching program that can be used with individuals, teams or groups. It allows participants to understand how resistant or open they are to making the important changes in thoughts and behaviors that can lead to the successful realization of their goals. Through this program, Federer Performance Management Group LLC helps individuals address the factors behind their current behavior and identify the necessary steps for behavioral change. The program breaks down complex human behavior such as motivation and success into meaningful concepts. This approach teaches specific strategies for achieving both. The success of this program has been demonstrated. Raymond James financial advisors who participated in the “Working in the Zone” program significantly outperformed their peers in production and assets under management. Fully 80% of participants attained a greater increase than their peers in production levels, and 70% had a greater increase in AUM.
