Robert “Andrew” Hays IVClient Service Associate
Andrew is NGK’s newest junior member and the grandson of NGK’s founder, Bob Hays. Since graduating in 2016 with his bachelors in Business Management from Point University, Andrew has set his sights on passing his General Securities Representative Exam (Series 7), Uniform Combined State Law Exam (Series 66), and his Certified Financial Planner Exam (CFP). Prior to coming on board, he interned twice with NGK and worked at a local bank and insurance brokerage firm to help broaden his skill set within the financial industry.
While in college, Andrew helped create the Point University men’s tennis team and led them to the NCCAA Nationals their first year. Later he became team captain and helped his team reach nationals two more times. Andrew is a USTA ranked 5.0 and has coached tennis throughout his college career to a wide variety of levels and ages.
Andrew is new to Tampa and finds joy in connecting with individuals and the community around him. He has recently been recommended for a junior board position at the Tampa Crossroads Center and is excited about getting plugged in with his peers as much as possible.
