His financial services career spans more than 26 years, but only two firms. Drew served as a first vice president with Merrill Lynch from 1983 until 2007, when he established PAX Partners of Raymond James & Associates. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, the Certified Financial Planner certification, conferred by the CFP Board of Standards, and the Certified Specialist in Estate Planning designation.

Originally from Havertown, Pennsylvania, Drew resides in Wayne with his wife, Dierdre, and their two children, Angel and Gabe. He is active in his church, serving as a religious prep educator, and involved in his community, working with Friends for Friends, the Travis Manion Foundation and the Board of Advisors of Amigos de Jesus Orphanage.
