Philip Blumel has worked with Raymond James & Associates in the West Palm Beach office since 1996. He is a two-time graduate of the University of Florida with an undergraduate degree in journalism and a master's in economics. He earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 1999 and his Certification in Long Term Care (CLTC) in 2009. Blumel has served as trustee for the City of Lake Worth Police Pension Board and also as a supervisor on the board of the Palm Beach County Soil and Water Conservation District. He is currently president of U.S. Term Limits, an issue advocacy group in Fairfax, Virginia. Philip lives in Atlantis, Florida, with his wife, Julie, and children, Johnny and Georgia.
Sandra White is the dedicated service associate for Blumel as well as the branch Information Technology liaison. Joining Raymond James in 1988, she is among the most experienced of the firm’s retail service team and also among its most technologically savvy. White is a clients’ first resource for assistance with paperwork, account information, internet access, statement questions, account transfers, issuing of checks, etc. As she often tells clients, “Phil can advise you what to do and I can tell you how to do it.”
