Release No. 0407-15B GORDON E. MARSHALL NAMED MIDWEST ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - Gordon E. Marshall, has joined the Financial Institutions Division of Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. member NASD/SIPC, as regional director of the Midwest. “Gordon’s vast knowledge and experience in the bank brokerage arena will be a huge asset to our financial institution partners and to our firm,” says senior vice president and managing director of the Financial Institutions Division, John W. Houston. Marshall brings with him over 25 years of experience in the banking and brokerage industries. Most recently, he served as a senior vice president for Infinex Financial Group. Prior to that, he was senior vice president and program manager for the brokerage Citizens Investment Services, Inc. Marshall was formerly a financial advisor and sales manager for Fleet Investment Services, and earlier in his career, held several management positions in retail banking and retail brokerage with Shearson American Express and Drexel Burnham Lambert. In his new role, Marshall will be responsible for working with existing Raymond James-affiliated financial institutions to increase revenues and profitability, signing new financial institutions and recruiting additional financial advisors. Marshall has a BS degree in business administration from Boston University and holds his NASD Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
