J. Timothy Eitel Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer Raymond James Financial

As Raymond James’ chief information officer, Tim Eitel is responsible for the firm’s technology development efforts. He joined Raymond James in 1984 and has held his current position since 1993. The quality of Tim’s work has earned him the honor of being ranked third among CIOs on Wall Street by Wall Street & Technology magazine.

Prior to joining Raymond James, Tim was vice president of Interstate Bank of Denver. Originally from Colorado, he earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science at Metro State College in Denver.

Tim and his wife, Kathleen, reside in Largo, Florida. They have two children, Tamra and Matthew.
