Raymond James’ Public Finance department provides comprehensive underwriting and financial advisory services to municipal, 501(c)(3) and private companies engaged in a public purposes. Public Finance has extensive involvement with financing techniques for a wide array of tax-exempt and taxable municipal issues, including general obligation, utility, healthcare, housing, catastrophe-related, school district, tax-increment, transportation, lease and short-term financings.
Since 2005, Raymond James has been senior or co-manager on more than 2,100 municipal offerings, raising more than $340 billion in fixed- and variable-rate bonds for issuers across the country. We have also acted as financial advisor for more than $40 billion in par amount and have underwritten more than $45 billion in taxable municipal bonds.
