Randy S. Koontz has been a financial advisor for 22 years and advises clients on a broad range of wealth preservation and retirement planning strategies. He has served on the board of the non-profit organization, Hope Cancer Resources (formerly NARTI) for over 10 years and is currently the Board Chairman. He also serves on the board of the Arkansas Chapter of the National Football Foundation and was elected twice to the Benton County Quorum Court.  Randy is originally from Charleston, Arkansas and is married to his high school sweetheart, Deanna. They have resided in Rogers for 20 years and have four children, Meredith, Megan, Matthew & Mallory. When he is not working with clients, Randy enjoys spending time with his family, golf, upland hunting & Razorback sports.

With more than 22 years of experience in the financial services industry, Ken Kearney advises clients on a broad range of financial and retirement planning strategies. As a Financial Advisor for Raymond James & Associates, he focuses on listening to each client because he believes everyone’s needs and financial goals for the future are unique. Before joining Raymond James, Ken held positions with Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. He also worked as an executive for Wal-Mart for 15 years. Ken attended the University of Missouri and worked in management for F.W. Woolworth for 9 years. His experience in the industry allows Ken to offer extensive knowledge in 401K plans and investment planning.  When he is not working with clients Ken enjoys Razorback Football and spending time with his four grandchildren and his wife Eleanor.

Gary Kearney understands that serving clients’ financial and investment needs begins with building strong, lasting partnerships.  Blending integrity, hard work and a willingness to listen to each client like he or she is the only investor in the world, Gary is dedicated to assisting his clients in meeting their financial needs. He uses a hands-on approach when working with clients to ensure that their investments remain suitable for their objectives throughout changing personal and market conditions. He graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1992 with a bachelor’s degree and has been in the financial services industry for 16 years.  Before Raymond James, Gary also held positions with Merrill Lynch & Morgan Stanley. Gary currently resides in Springdale, Arkansas and enjoys spending time with his wife Kim and his son David. When he is not working with clients, Gary enjoys Razorback Sports and the outdoors.

Jim offers a comprehensive line of investment alternatives and specializes in growth and income investments. He is well versed on the history of Benton County, specifically the Monte Ne area.  Aaron graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in business.  He also completed the Certified Estate Planner designation in 2009.A firm believer in continuing education, Aaron enhances his experience by attending annual conferences and completing courses at Raymond James University.

 Aaron takes pride in his involvement in the community.  He currently serves on the board of the First Tee of Northwest Arkansas, Gobble Wiffle Ball Classic and the Rogers Humane Society.  He is also a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.

 Aaron was born and raised in Rogers, Arkansas, where he currently resides.  Family is very important to him.  He has been married to Courtney for 9 years.  They have 2 boys, Palmer and Owen.  When he is not working with clients, Aaron enjoys playing golf and watching the Razorbacks play any sporting event.

Before joining Raymond James as a financial advisor, Mark worked for Edward Jones for six years. He also held positions with Arvest and Signature Bank.
