Each year, Raymond James Financial Services strengthens its commitment to advisors and their clients by hosting the National Conference for Professional Development, a forum for advisors to share their experience, knowledge, insight and success. The goal of our 2009 conference – as it has been every year – is to create new possibilities for our advisors and ignite the potential within each of them to better serve their clients.
2009 conference highlights include:
- Multiple sessions covering areas such as advanced investment strategies, retirement planning, practice management, marketing strategies and more;
- Powerful and thought-provoking Top Advisor sessions that feature leading advisors sharing their experiences and ideas for success;
- An enhanced series of partner educational sessions presented by firms including ING and MetLife;
- Additional educational sessions to enhance advisors' knowledge of investment strategies;
- General Session remarks by Raymond James Chairman and CEO Tom James, Raymond James President and COO Chet Helck and Raymond James Financial Services Chairman and CEO Richard G. Averitt III;
- Sessions on subjects of universal interest including Practice Management and Compliance; and
- The Technology Center, featuring representatives of software and hardware products that advisors can utilize to provide innovative solutions for their clients.
