Since 1987, Scott has been guiding clients through volatile markets and helping them achieve their financial goals. His investment knowledge, strategy and expertise make him a valuable resource for his clients. He joined Raymond James & Associates, Inc., in 2006 as a Senior Vice President of Investments.

Scott helps his clients obtain their goals with an emphasis on preservation of capital, managing/minimizing risk, and capital appreciation. He values long-term relationships, and aims to get to know each client on a personal level, as successful investing begins with a clear understanding of the client's financial needs and objectives. Scott's main intent is to create long-term investment strategies well-suited to each client's unique situation.

He plans, designs and implements investment strategies, and provides comprehensive retirement planning services for corporations and individuals. His clients know that he is there to support them today and that he'll be there in the future with the same professionalism and commitment they have come to expect. That's why clients have been turning to him generation after generation. He will also coordinate his efforts with other professionals (accountants, lawyers, estate planners, etc.) to help the realization of all financial objectives.

Scott holds series 7 and 63 certifications; life and health insurance license; and the wealth management specialist designation. Scott lives in Brookville, NY with his wife and their twin daughters. 

Scott has been chosen to serve on the 2014 Retirement Solutions Advisory Board for Raymond James & Associates.

Chairman’s Council membership is based mainly on assets under management, education, credentials and fiscal year production. Requalification is required annually.

Rose A. Mouzouris

Rose began her financial career in the NYC real estate industry in 1994. She then continued her path into the insurance industry in 1997. By 1999 she permanently entered the Financial Services industry.

In 2003, she accepted a position as a Junior Partner to Scott Abraham. Together they created a Wealth Management team that offers personalized investment strategies along with risk management, diversification and most of all extraordinary service. In February 2006, they moved over to Raymond James & Associates.

Rose and Scott work diligently to effectively manage their client’s portfolios and investment strategies. The diversified strategies that they create may include stocks, bonds, options, initial public offerings, CDs, mutual funds, closed-end funds, ETFs, unit trusts, REITS, annuities and more.

Rose also specializes in estate and trust management, investment and asset consolidation, retirement planning (401K,403B, IRA, Roth IRA, SEP IRA, Profit Sharing, Pension, etc.), international / offshore investment management, college 529 savings/planning, life insurance, disability insurance and long term care insurance.

Rose holds series 6, 7 and 63 certifications; life and health licenses; and the wealth management specialist designation. Rose lives in the North Shore of Long Island with her husband and their two kids.

Robert Witter
Financial Advisor

After many successful years in the retail apparel and footwear industry, Rob transitioned his career over to the financial services industry. In 1997, he joined Prudential Securities as a financial advisor.

In 2005, Rob joined Scott Abraham's Wealth Management team in the Locust Valley, NY branch. He accepted a position as a financial advisor and registered client associate. In February 2006 Rob moved with Scott and his team to Raymond James & Associates.

Rob specializes in all life insurance products, 529 College Savings Plans, Pension and 401(k) plans. Rob also assists in gathering equity research and technical analysis for the team’s trading strategies. He also assists in monitoring clients' portfolios and investments on a daily basis.

Rob holds a Series 7, 63 and 65 certifications as well as life and health insurance licenses. He resides in Northport, NY with his wife and son.

Ivan Obolensky
Marketing Associate

Ivan Obolensky has over 40 years of experience in investment banking as a supervisory financial analyst. He has expertise in the defense, aerospace, oil and gas, nuclear power, metals and mining, publishing and high technology industries.

Ivan Obolensky was a Senior Vice-President of Wellington Shields & Co. LLC from November 1990 until April 2014. He has also been a Senior Executive of several investment banks including Sterling Grace & Co., Jesup, Josephthal & Co., Dominick and Dominick, Inc., Middendorf Colgate and CB Richard Ellis Moseley Hallgarten.

Professionally, he has made frequent appearances as a guest on CNBC, CNN-Financial and Bloomberg TV. He is also a pro-active board member of several charitable organizations. He is a retired Lt. (Jg) U.S. Naval Reserves (USNR). Mr. Obolensky holds a B.A. in Engineering from Yale University. He currently resides in New York City.

Ivan Obolensky joined Scott Abraham and his team in April 2014.

Betty Lottes
Client Service Associate

Betty has had a long and successful career in the financial industry that began in 1979. She started working with Merrill Lynch as an operations and cashier specialist. Then in the early 1980s she worked with Shearson/American Express as well as Morgan Stanley Dean Witter as a client associate. In 1983 she joined Advest, Inc., as a client associate and operations specialist.

She then accepted a position in February 2000 with Scott A. Abraham as a client associate in Advest’s Locust Valley, New York branch. By February 2006, Betty followed Scott and his team over to Raymond James & Associates.

Betty’s primary responsibilities include account servicing (checks, wires and direct deposits, IRA distributions, etc). She is also responsible for depositing certificates, and most importantly, making sure all accounts are operating smoothly and that all the required documentations are in place for each particular client's needs.

Betty resides in Glen Cove, NY with her two daughters.

Chris Bardwell
Financial Advisor


Chris Bardwell joined Scott Abraham & his team in 2015 as a client service associate. Prior to joining the team, Chris worked as a Senior Vice President at Criterion Management. His role was to work with major financial companies such as, Wells Fargo Advisors, Raymond James, High Tower Advisors, and JP Morgan Securities as a main representative for top tier financial advisors. Chris worked endlessly with his clients and will bring the same level of care and professionalism to Raymond James.

Chris Bardwell graduated from Binghamton University with his Bachelor's Degree in Economics.
