Jon R. Bergman graduated from Auburn University in 2005 with a B.S. degree in Finance. Jon spent three years in the banking industry, during which time he enrolled in the College for Financial Planning, completing their curriculum in 2007. He earned his CFP® designation in 2008. Jon is a member of the Scottsboro Kiwanis Club, serves on the Jackson County United Giver's Fund Board of Directors and attends the Scottsboro Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Jon also currently serves on the Greater Jackson/Scottsboro Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Jim Bergman is a 1976 graduate of Auburn University with a B.S. degree in Business and Marketing. He spent 14 years in the retail furniture business before entering the securities industry in 1992. Jim obtained his CFP® designation in 2000 after graduating from the College for Financial Planning in Denver, CO.
He is currently the president of the Scottsboro Rotary Club, is an elder in the Scottsboro Cumberland Presbyterian Church, serves on the Board of Directors of FNB Bank in Scottsboro, and serves as a board member for the Jackson County Healthcare Authority. Jim and his wife Jane have been married since 1976 and have three sons.
