Brian is a native Arkansan. He graduated from Searcy High School with honors in 1986. Upon graduation, he attended both Arkansas State University and the University of Arkansas, and was a member of the golf team at both schools. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Arkansas in 1990. After college, he attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law receiving a Juris Doctor in 1994. Brian practiced law for six years focusing primarily on banking and probate law, and remains a member of the Arkansas Bar Association.
After leaving private law practice, Brian managed the Arvest Asset Management office in Fayetteville for several years. He then joined Raymond James in May of 2006. He received the Raymond James 2009 “Rising Star Award”* and was a Raymond James Executive Council Member in 2010 and 2011.** Brian assists clients with all aspects of the management of their investment portfolios from the accumulation phase and planning for retirement to income planning during retirement. He holds several securities licenses including the Series 7, 63, 65, 31, 53, and 24, as well as the Arkansas life and health insurance licenses.
Brian, his wife Missy, and their children enjoy living in Fayetteville and participating in many activities in the community.
*Membership is based mainly on assets under management, education, credentials and fiscal year production. Re-qualification is required annually.
**Members of the 2009 RJFS Rising Stars include individual financial advisors whose personal gross production equals or is at least $150,000 in 2007, with a minimum of 25% increase in FY 2008.
Bill is one of Arkansas’ most experienced financial advisors with over 32 years of service to individuals, families and businesses. Prior to joining Signature Private Wealth Management in 2009, he was at Morgan Stanley in Fayetteville and Little Rock. He holds the Series 7 and 63 licenses, as well as, the Arkansas life and health insurance licenses. His primary focus is retirement planning. This encompasses both planning toward retirement during the accumulation phase and income planning during retirement.
Bill received a BSBA degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Arkansas in 1980.
As an active member of his community, Bill has served on a number of non-profit boards. His wife, Karen, and he enjoy the Arkansas outdoors and traveling both in the U.S. and abroad.
Jacob Springer, a 12 year financial advisor veteran, specializes in retirement planning and is focused on helping clients realize their goals for retirement and retirement income planning. He holds licenses series 7, 31, and 66, along with Arkansas life and health insurance licenses.
Jacob joined Signature Bank Private Wealth Management in March of 2009 after working as a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley in Fayetteville. He holds a degree in Finance from Ouachita Baptist University. In his spare time, Jake enjoys raising his daughter and spending time with family and friends. He loves the outdoors and traveling.
Bethany is an Associate Financial Advisor. She joined Signature Private Wealth Management in 2012 and is responsible for enhancing the client’s experience with Raymond James, through ongoing contact with the client as well as data gathering and analysis, development of financial planning, implementation and portfolio management. She holds Series 7 and 66 licenses, as well as Arkansas life and health insurance licenses.
Bethany has lived in Northwest Arkansas for over 20 years and is originally from Missouri. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, from Pittsburg State University in 1993. She previously owned her own business and enjoyed being a stay-at-home mom to her daughter, Elizabeth. Her husband of 19 years, Russell Atchley, is an attorney at Kutak Rock LLP, in Fayetteville. Besides spending time with her family, some of her interests are traveling, running and playing golf.
Laura Chandler is a Registered Sales Assistant, with over 25 years of experience. She joined Signature Private Wealth Management in 2009, after working at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley, previously. Her primary objective is to provide excellent customer service to the client and support the advisors by carrying out administrative responsibilities. She holds Series 7 and 63 licenses.
Laura is a Northwest Arkansas native. She enjoys spending time with her family and her hobbies include gardening, cooking and traveling.
Carol Williams is a Registered Sales Assistant with over ten years of experience. She joined Signature Private Wealth Management in 2016, after working at Raymond James and Associates and Edward Jones, previously. Her primary objective is to provide excellent customer service to the client and support the advisors by carrying out administrative responsibilities. She holds Series 7 and 63 licenses, as well as Arkansas life and health insurance licenses.
Carol is a Northwest Arkansas native, living most of her life in Huntsville. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville in 1994. She previously owned her own business in Huntsville for eight years. She has two teenage sons, and besides following them in school activities she enjoys spending time with her extended family and friends.
