Patrice Sinclair
CEP®, CFP®
Senior Vice President, Investments
Investment Management Consultant

Patrice believes that enduring relationships are the greatest reward of the work she does. The investors she advises become more than simply clients to her – they become lifelong friends. She devotes her skill to helping each of them achieve the financial freedom and sense of well-being to live – and enjoy – the lives of their choosing.

Starting with Prudential-Bache Securities in 1986 as a receptionist, Patrice quickly rose within the ranks of firms including E.F. Hutton, Kidder, Peabody & Company and Smith Barney to become a wire operator, then a registered associate and finally a successful financial advisor. Her team made the move to Raymond James in 2008.

Patrice earned an associate degree in liberal studies, summa cum laude, and attended Oakland University, the University of Michigan – Dearborn, Orange Coast College and Oakland Community College. In 2002, she completed the rigorous coursework and testing and met the ethical requirements to become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional.  In 2009, Patrice successfully satisfied the curriculum and examinations required by the National Institute of Certified Estate Planners and Raymond James, respectively, to earn the designations of Certified Estate Planner and Investment Management Consultant.  Patrice has recently been quoted in US News and World Report.

A native of Oakland County, Michigan, Patrice calls Rochester Hills home. She is active in the community as a member of The Women of Faith and the praise team at Faith Church-EPC, the Financial Planning Association of Michigan, and The Village Club of Bloomfield Hills.  In addition, she is one of the Power of 100 Women with the Michigan Women's Foundation. Outside the office, she enjoys reading, windjamming, motorcycles, renovating her early 19th century home, and spending time with her son and daughter.

Drew Grabinski
Registered Sales Associate

Drew’s career in the financial services industry began in the summer of 2004 as an intern at Raymond James & Associates. Drew soon earned the respect of the management team and was offered the opportunity to join the firm as a Financial Advisor trainee the following year. Drew accepted the offer and participated in Raymond James’ extensive training program, earning his securities licensing and building his client base. Drew continued to work as an advisor for 18 months, after which time he took a position as a consultant with the Raymond James Transition Management Dept. It was in transition management where he met Patrice Sinclair and Jeni White. Drew helped Patrice and Jeni make the transition to Raymond James and then accepted a position to join the team as a Registered Sales Assistant.

Drew is available to assist clients with all aspects of account service, including providing account values, opening new accounts, processing asset transfers, issuing checks, and answering questions regarding historical activity or online access. He values strong work ethics, and is determined to give each client the highest level of service.

In December of 2007 Drew graduated from Oakland University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He currently resides in Clinton Township with his wife, Adrienne, and his son, Cameron.

About Raymond James

Raymond James is one of the largest independent financial services firms in the United States. Since its beginning in 1962, it has always been a different kind of company – embracing long-term planning and methodical decision-making while staying uncompromisingly client focused. When other firms were simply buying and selling stocks or mutual funds, Raymond James focused on financial planning to help individuals reach their goals. It was the first firm to pioneer that concept – and today it supports its advisors with access to a full range of comprehensive resources, helping them to do the same.

  • More than 5,400 financial advisors
  • 2 million client accounts
  • 2,400 locations (United States, Canada and abroad)
  • $268 billion in client assets
  • $35 billion managed by its subsidiary asset managers

Raymond James Financial was recently named the best full-service broker in the 2011 SmartMoney annual broker survey for the third time in four years – ranking above Edward Jones, Wells Fargo, UBS, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.
