Equity Research offers a number of specialty reports to assist investors in meeting their financial goals, whether they be stable, long-term capital appreciation or higher return, but possibly higher risk, stock ideas. Two of these recommended lists in particular have demonstrated excellent performance - the Focus List and the Analysts’ Best Picks.

Published Recommended Lists

These are the various recommended lists produced by our Equity Research team. Logged-in clients may click on any of the linked titles to view the full publications.

Focus List Our most widely known and disseminated research piece, the Focus List features 20-30 high growth, quality stocks that are expected to significantly outperform the market over the next six months. The Focus List is comprised entirely of stocks followed by RJ&A and is determined by a committee of top professionals from both Equity Research and Institutional Sales. The six-page report features market commentary detailing our outlook for the overall investment environment and the stock markets in particular.

Analysts’ Best Picks – Each December, we publish top pick recommentations for the coming year from our most senior and experienced analysts. This static list has consistently outperformed the S&P 500, even in the more difficult market envirnoments, and we have equally high expectations for the most recently released edition. Sector Spotlight – Our second most widely disseminated piece, the Sector Spotlight is a monthly look at attractive industry sectors and companies from an economic, technical, and fundamental perspective. This detailed report brings together the combined insight of our top professionals (Chief Investment Officer, Senior Economist, and Technical Analyst) and our fundamental analysts to produce both sector and individual stock recommendations that are rated attractively according to all of these disciplines.

Research Register – A comprehensive listing of the entire RJ&A coverage universe, the monthly Research Register also features timely investment commentary and recommendations from one sector of particular interest.
