Services for Guests with Disabilities
Parking
Disabled parking is provided in close proximity to the stadium. Please direct parking inquiries and requests to the Tampa Sports Authority office at the stadium at 813-350-6500.
Disabled parking for non-season pass holders is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. A disabled parking permit is required. Please have proper identification. Parking fees may vary depending on the event. Lots open a minimum of three hours before an event.
Accessible Stadium Entrances
Elevators for disabled guests with general tickets are located at Gates A and C. Elevators for disabled guests with club/suite tickets are located just inside the club/suite entrance. Escalators and ramps are also located at each gate.

Disabled Seating
Disabled seating is available in all areas of the stadium, including the club level and luxury suites. Gurney viewing positions are available in the end zone areas.
Power Stations
Several wheelchair areas have power stations for wheelchair recharging, respirators, etc. Please locate a disabled/wheelchair area supervisor for assistance.
Special Needs Program
The Special Needs Program provides disabled patrons with an identification badge that will allow them to bring medically necessary items into the stadium. Documentation is required. Please be advised that the stadium no longer allows seat cushions that are completely sealed. The cushion needs to have an opening that would allow security to inspect the inner contents of the cushion.
Special Dietary/Medical Needs
Check with security at entrance gates to store special needs items (e.g., refrigerated prescription drugs) as these items are prohibited in seating areas. Bottled water and complimentary cups of ice are available at concession stands. Recessed, wheelchair-accessible water fountains are located near the ramps of the main and upper levels. The club lounge offers water fountains near the middle and corner restrooms.
Assistive Animals
Assistive animals are permitted inside the stadium. Stadium personnel will provide suitable space for your animal companion upon request.
Telephones
Telephones are located at information booths throughout the facility. Raymond James Stadium can be reached via TDD through the Florida Relay Service, 800-955-8771.
