Raymond James Presents Check to New Orleans Children’s Hospital

On December 18, 2007, Raymond James Financial Services Branch Manager John M. Morgan presented a $2,500 check to the New Orleans Children’s Hospital as part of the Raymond James Kicking for Kids program.

The $2,500 represents the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Placekicker’s “earnings” through the Raymond James Kicking for Kids program – in which the financial services firm donates $1,000 for every successful field goal and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers donate an additional $500 per game to local children’s hospitals.

The proceeds go to hospitals selected by the local Raymond James office where the games are played. This check to the New Orleans Children’s Hospital represents the Bucs’ two successful field goals during the December 2 game in New Orleans. In addition, 100 Raymond James/Buccaneers visors were donated to the hospitalized children, just in time for the holidays.

Accepting the check on hospital’s behalf was Brian T. Landry, vice president of marketing for the Children’s Hospital.
