Raymond James Stadium is publically owned and managed by the Tampa Sports Authority. The naming rights are owned by Raymond James Financial, Inc., a financial services firm based in St.Petersburg, Florida.
Tampa Sports Authority
The Tampa Sports Authority was created May 28, 1965 by Governor Hayden Burns for the purpose of planning, developing, and maintaining a comprehensive complex of sports and recreational facilities for the Tampa Bay area.
Although the Tampa Sports Authority’s goals and mission statement are essentially the same forty years after its creation, the scope of the TSA's involvement in various projects is constantly expanding.
