Client Service Associate

Katie's voice is probably the first thing you will hear when you call our office. As The Starner Group's service associate since January 2007, Katie handles administration, account maintenance and marketing.

Katie is responsible for a myriad of client services activities, including appointment scheduling, reserving spaces for upcoming Starner Group seminars, setting up client accounts for online access, updating client information, maintaining The Starner Group's mailing list, answering questions about statements, deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers, ordering client checks and Visa® cards, and addressing other service requests and concerns.

Katie grew up in Miami, attended Wake Forrest University and is currently pursuing a master's degree in international relations at Florida International University. She is an active volunteer with Friends Forever Rescue, a local charity that finds homes for stray dogs.
