Ronald Diner is the president of Raymond James Tax Credit Funds, Inc. Raymond James is one of the leading sponsors of Section 42 investments with over $1.9 billion of LIHTC equity invested on behalf of individuals and major U.S. corporate investors. Since 1983, on behalf of Raymond James, Mr. Diner has been responsible for the acquisition and asset management of over 1,200 affordable housing properties located throughout the United States. He has served on numerous industry wide committees and boards and is a frequent speaker and panel member at national and state seminars relating to the low-income housing tax credit program. Steven Kropf is senior vice president and director of investments for Raymond James Tax Credit Funds. He is responsible for Acquisitions as well as developing and maintaining relationships with institutional investors. Mr. Kropf is a member of the RJTCF investment committee, responsible for reviewing and ultimately approving each tax credit transaction. Prior to joining Raymond James in 2000, he was a Senior Manager within the Financial Advisory Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He was also a Project Manager within the Construction practice of Peterson Consulting LP, responsible for performing financial damage analysis on numerous construction and environmental projects. Drew Goldman is vice president and director of institutional investment for Raymond James Tax Credit Funds, Inc. He is responsible for establishing and maintaining new institutional equity relationships with LIHTC investors. Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Mr. Goldman served in a variety of roles, including a brief stint as Interim CFO for a Georgia based start-up company, two years as VP of Business Development for a large multi-family developer/operator, and work spanning over 11 years in the financial services industry. As an investment banker and corporate lender with JPMorgan Chase, GE Capital and Bank of America, he was involved in over $13 billion of financing, restructuring, acquisition and divestiture transactions in an array of industries in the US and abroad. Mr. Goldman earned an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School; his BBA is from The University of Texas at Austin. Craig Descalzi is vice president – national director of acquisitions for Raymond James Tax Credit Funds, responsible for directing overall strategy and implementation of RJTCF’s property acquisition efforts throughout the United States. Prior to joining Raymond James, Mr. Descalzi worked in Project Management for Bovis Lend Lease in Washington, DC. He has extensive experience in modeling project level owner and investor cash flows. Mr. Descalzi received an MBA from Duke University and a BS in Environmental Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. Gary Robinson is vice president – director of acquisitions for Raymond James Tax Credit Funds and is responsible for property acquisitions in Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Wyoming. Mr. Robinson joined Raymond James in 2001. Prior to joining Raymond James, Mr. Robinson was involved in the structuring, financial due diligence, and transactions of numerous mergers and acquisitions. James Horvick is vice president - director of acquisitions for Raymond James Tax Credit Funds and is responsible for acquisitions of Native American properties. RJTCF is the leading syndicator of Native American LIHTC partnerships and was awarded the Fannie Mae 2004 Franchise Deal of the Year for Native American Housing Fund II. Mr. Horvick serves on the City of Tampa's Affordable Housing Advisory Committee. Prior to joining RJTCF in 2002, Mr. Horvick developed and delivered specialized training programs for Raymond James & Associates. Kevin Kilbane is vice president - director of acquisitions for Raymond James Tax Credit Funds. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property acquisitions for the company in the states of California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Wisconsin, as well as the following large MSA’s: Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, Minneapolis, and St. Louis. Prior to joining Raymond James, he worked as an independent consultant responsible for placing equity for LIHTC developers, and spent 10 years at Apollo Housing Capital, LLC, where he was a member of Apollo’s executive management team responsible for acquisitions, equity sales, and staff management. Sean Jones is associate director of acquisitions for Raymond James Tax Credit Funds, Inc. and is responsible for new business development and relationship management for partners within the Atlantic and New England regions of the U.S. Sean joined Raymond James Tax Credit Funds in early-2007. Prior to joining Raymond James, Sean was involved with the development and operation of a residential real estate finance department of a federally-chartered credit union. He also has accumulated management experience within the retail industry. Sean earned an MBA from Florida State University, as well as a BS from the University of Central Florida.
