For more than a decade, Matt has assisted high-net-worth clients and their families with financial issues such as cash, risk and investment management, as well as tax, retirement and estate planning. He enjoys the long-term relationships he has built with the families he serves and the multigenerational aspect of his work.
Prior to joining TSD Capital Group – now The Avenue Wealth Management Group – as a senior wealth advisor, Matt was senior vice president and wealth advisor for the Greater Atlanta region of Wells Fargo Private Bank. As part of the Private Bank, he was responsible for managing the comprehensive wealth management plans of high-net-worth clients and institutional investment management. Matt also worked in the wealth management and trust areas of Wells Fargo, formerly known as Wachovia.
Matt earned his BBA degree from the University of Georgia, with a study in accounting and finance. He is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® and a graduate of the Cannon School of Trust. He currently resides in northeast Atlanta. Matt is an active member of the Atlanta community and has recently served as a board member for the Georgia chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. He is also a member of the Atlanta Track Club and enjoys competitive running.
