A Wealth Management Specialist and Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner, Beth joined our group in 2000 and is primarily responsible for overseeing our group’s retirement plan services and college planning strategies. Her ability to convey complex investment solutions in an easy-to-understand manner helps our clients feel more confident about financial decisions.

As the main contact for corporate clients, Beth works closely with human resource managers and third-party vendors to help ensure client retirement plan platforms are properly implemented and maintained. She also plays an integral role in developing our group’s business and marketing strategies.

Beth earned a bachelor’s degree in American studies from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Millikin University. She served as president of the University of Notre Dame senior class in 1998.

She has been a member of the Raymond James Leader’s Club for multiple years since 2007, and a member of Raymond James President’s Club in 2014 and 2015. President’s Club membership is based mainly on assets under management, education, credentials, and fiscal year production. Requalification is required annually. She was named to the inaugural list of NAPA’s Top Women Advisors in 2015. The MVP list designates those women who are part of a team. In 2009, she received the Decatur Young Professional Leadership Award for her leadership skills and community involvement, and in 2012, was selected as a Decatur Public Schools outstanding alumnus.

Beth is a native of Decatur, where she lives today with her husband, John Larcher, and children, Annie, Joe and Emily. She is dedicated to her community and has played an integral part in the development of the Dennis-Millikin Lab School Project.
