Bret values honesty and integrity above all else, and takes personal responsibility and pride in seeing our clients achieve their lifelong goals. He helps ensure that our clients have the highest confidence in the wealth management plans we put in place for them – knowing they are tailored to meet their goals and needs, and that they are implemented by a highly skilled team diligently working on their behalf. 

In addition to welcoming new clients and serving as our primary client relationship manager, he serves as our team specialist in municipal pension investing and individual retirement planning. Bret has served individuals, families, and institutional clients for nearly 25 years. He began his financial services career with a boutique firm in downtown Chicago in 1988, then spent 13 years with the independent division of Raymond James and the last six years with our group.

His professional designations include Wealth Management Specialist, Accredited Asset Management Consultant and Certified Retirement Planning Consultant. He has also been a member of the Raymond James Chairman's Council* for multiple years since 2007.

Bret is very involved in civic, humanitarian and religious services, including mission work to India and Nicaragua, as well as domestically. He has served his church in various capacities, including teacher, finance committee member and outreach volunteer. 

Bret lives in Mt. Zion, Illinois, just a mile from where he was raised. He and his wife, Angela, have four children, Austin, Ethan, Evan and Reagan. Having four sons, Bret has been involved in youth sports for many years and has been a junior football coach for more than eight years, where he focuses on instilling life lessons through sports.
