• Midland Fireman’s Relief & Retirement Fund,
• Western National Bank Golf Classic,
• The new Midland Independent School District track facility,
• The Texas Association of Public Employee Retirement Systems
• Annual scholarships to Van and his wife Donna’s high school alma mater in Andrews, Texas,
• An M.B.A scholarship to Van’s alma mater, the University of Notre Dame, and
