BIG thinking got you here –
BIG planning can take you farther.
Side Stitch

Big things usually start out small, and a financial plan is no exception. We begin simply by getting to know you. And with each new step of our five-point planning process, we use that knowledge to build a plan as big as the life you’re leading and the goals you want to achieve for your family, your community and your future.

Gather

Our first step involves two things: conversation and information. We’ll talk at length about the big things in your life, your views on risk, your experience as an investor and what it will take to achieve your goals, and we’ll ask you to bring along any important documents including financial statements, wills, etc.

Analyze

In step two, we’ll take a critical eye to everything we’ve learned about you and begin evaluating it all in relation to the markets. We’ll consider the merits of various approaches and assess available investment options.

Develop

Our team practices modern portfolio theory (MPT), which seeks to maximize returns and minimize risk through asset diversification, so in our third step, we’ll use the conclusions we’ve drawn to design a well-diversified investment portfolio* that will serve as the engine of your larger financial plan.

Implement

You play the key role in our fourth step. After we’ve presented and thoroughly explained our recommendations, we’ll ask you to sleep on things before making a commitment. Then, with your approval and any necessary adjustments, we’ll execute your customized strategy using the extensive tools available to us through Raymond James.

Manage

Our fifth step is about ensuring that your plan is big enough to adapt as your life and the markets change. By actively monitoring your portfolio’s progress and consistently communicating with you, we’ll make adjustments as necessary to keep your plan the right size to meet your goals.

*Investing involves risk and investors may incur a profit or a loss. Asset allocation and diversification do not ensure a profit or protect against a loss.
