Scottye “Mac” Ratliff shares more than just a name with her father. She also shares his passion for getting to know clients personally and treating them with the utmost respect. Since she joined Van’s office in 2009, she has been primarily responsible for managing the team’s schedules and handling administrative duties.
Before becoming part of the team, she was a physical therapy technician at King Physical Therapy & Wellness Center in Brownwood and worked as a teller with American State Bank.
Originally from Brownwood, Texas, Mac now resides in Midland with her twin sister, Sydnee. In her spare time she enjoys working with the high-school youth group at Mid-Cities Community Church, and spending time with her family.
