Bill dedicates his extensive financial industry knowledge and experience to the achievement of a single objective – serving others. Through the well-crafted financial plans he creates, his goal is to help clients pursue and realize their goals by taking the least amount of risk necessary.
Before joining Raymond James in 1975, Bill was a financial advisor at Dean Witter and Prudential Securities in Tampa. He earned an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Michigan.
Throughout his career, Bill has been actively involved in the community. He has served as president and treasurer of Tampa Jewish Family Services, treasurer of Congregation Schaarai Zedek, board member of the Tampa Orlando Pinellas Jewish Foundation, and a member of the United Way’s distribution committee.
Originally from Chicago, Bill has lived in Tampa for more than 40 years with his wife, Beverly. They have two children, Micki and Jessica, and two grandchildren, Matias and Oliver.
William is a Ruby Life Master bridge player, traveling once or twice a year to play in tournaments. He enjoys travel, and takes an annual Hudson Valley trip with his children and grandchildren, and an annual Northern Michigan trip with family and friends. He also enjoys golf and football, and is a fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and University of Michigan Wolverines.
