Cheryl is responsible for the day-to-day management of our office, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, annual budgets, employee handbook updates, coordination of all inspections and ongoing maintenance. Her duties include organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Before joining our team in 2002, Cheryl worked as a legal secretary for 15 years and as a support staff member for 18 years with Harris Corporation. She earned a bachelor’s degree in professional studies/business from Barry University. For 10 years, Cheryl served as treasurer and director of a local animal rescue group. A Florida native, she lives in Melbourne.
Friendly and conscientious, Frances applies her more than 18 years of administrative experience to processing completed returns and assisting our clients and staff in a timely manner. Before joining our team in May 2015, Frances held administrative positions at a CPA firm and General Petroleum.
Originally from Palmyra, Pennsylvania, Frances lives in St. Cloud with her husband, Alan. They have two children, Brett and Nicole. In her free time, Frances enjoys gardening, reading and baking.
