Norm joined the team at Whittaker Cooper Financial in 2011, but has been with Raymond James since 1989, serving as an operations manager and financial advisor representing clients throughout Brevard County.

He enjoys working with people and helping them to understand and resolve their financial needs. His easygoing manner and ability to understand the goals and concerns of his clients help them feel comfortable and confident with their financial path.

Norm holds several significant professional designations, which help him serve his clients and reflect his dedication to enhancing his financial knowledge. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter, reflecting areas of advanced study in economics, finance, government and employee benefits, insurance investments, taxation and estate planning.

The Chartered Financial Consultant designation signifies his knowledge of comprehensive financial planning and the application of insurance, investments and tax planning designed to achieve long-term results for clients.

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, Norm has taken the extra step to demonstrate his professionalism by voluntarily submitting to the rigorous CFP® certification process that includes highly demanding education, examination, experience and ethical requirements.

Norm earned a degree in accounting from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, and a master’s degree in financial services from The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.

Originally from Rhode Island, Norm lives in Melbourne and has two children, Norman and Tammy. In his free time, Norm is an avid photographer and active in community events where he often puts his skills with a camera to good work.
