Fred Greene serves as the Executive Vice President for Woodforest Financial Services and the Raymond James Branch Manager. He is the senior advisor for the firm, and his expertise is evidenced by his designation as both a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) and Portfolio Manager.
A 33-year veteran of the financial services industry, Fred establishes deep and valued relationships with his clients by becoming their personal wealth manager. He understands the dynamics of wealth, how to balance the complex forces at work and how to adapt intelligently as conditions change.
While focusing on his clients’ individual financial objectives, Fred believes the most successful wealth management strategies look at the big picture. His risk management philosophy combines income with growth strategies to potentially increase and stabilize returns over time.
Fred diligently follows a set wealth management process that includes evaluation, design and implementation of a customized strategy to help achieve each client’s desired goals and objectives. Once the strategy is in place, he continually monitors the results and reconfirms financial goals.
Since 1983, Fred has built his financial services practice on a foundation of high integrity and prudent capital markets guidance while providing superior client services and communications. He is a member of the Raymond James Financial Services Chairman’s Councils for 2013-20151 and was named as one of Bank Investment Consultant (BIC) magazine’s Top 100 Bank Advisors for 2014 and 2016.2
Fred is passionate about both his clients and giving back to his community. He has served on FINRA’s District 6 Business Committee as Chairman. Currently, he is an active member of the Woodlands Kiwanis Club and serves as a pilot in the South Texas Wing of Angel Flights for cancer patients, which he credits with keeping his life in perspective.

As a Financial Advisor with more than 40 years of experience in financial planning and insurance, Paul Lancaster has the accumulated knowledge and perspective to help keep clients and their financial future on a steady course. Paul's focus is on helping investors through the process of obtaining financial independence so they can focus on the most important things in life.
Paul is a natural teacher. Throughout much of his career in financial planning and insurance, he was responsible for training and assisting other advisors. He and his clients form a collaborative relationship while determining objectives and creating an investment plan.
Paul is a full service consultant who has expertise in retirement and estate planning. He has helped numerous clients create retirement income streams with annuity strategies, which incorporate asset management and tax planning into existing equity and fixed income investments.
Paul is described by many people as energetic and engaging. He lives a life of service that began with his attending the U.S. Air Force Academy as a young cadet. He and his wife, Sherry, are active members in the community, neighborhood, and their church where they have supported and filled major leadership roles.
Since 2000, Bruce Callender has been helping individuals better understand their financial options and be good stewards of their assets. As a Financial Advisor, Bruce finds great satisfaction in helping clients in The Woodlands and around the world start on the road to achieving their personal version of financial freedom.
This experienced advisor is known for his listening and analytical skills as well as his ability to help his clients define meaningful goals. He feels privileged to share their financial journey.
Prior to joining Woodforest Financial Services, Bruce worked for 20+ years in the refining and petrochemicals industries and 10 years with a previous firm.
Serving others is a priority for Bruce. He volunteers with his church and has spent many hours working on global mission projects in different countries including China, Honduras, Japan and Uganda. Bruce is also an accomplished cook and musician. He can often be found in the kitchen baking his famous coconut cream pie or playing the guitar and piano.
Bruce attended Rice University where he earned both a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering/business and a master’s degree in chemical engineering. He and his wife, Judy, have lived in The Woodlands since 1991 and have five children.
Jerry Orebaugh believes “it is more important to manage the risks of the markets through proper asset allocation in order to help achieve his client's long term financial objectives”. Since 2000, he has used this premise and a professional, consultative approach to help clients.
As a Financial Advisor and Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®), Jerry applies his specialized knowledge and experience to address his clients’ financial matters. He genuinely cares about each client and is committed to having a total understanding of their unique circumstances prior to developing their financial plan.
Jerry specializes in investment planning and retirement planning solutions for individuals. He also works with businesses on their retirement plans. He earned the AAMS® designation, which is awarded to those investment professionals that have completed and passed a comprehensive course of study encompassing investments, insurance, tax, retirement and estate planning.
Active in his community, Jerry has participated in The Woodlands Rotary Club and Village of Cochran’s Crossing Neighborhood Association. He and his wife currently live in Magnolia and have two children. Jerry enjoys playing golf and riding his Harley.
As a child, Bob Ogren developed an interest in all things related to finance and investments while watching his father who was an original charter member of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) program. Although Bob first worked as an attorney, he followed in his father’s footsteps beginning in 2000 when he started his career as a Financial Advisor.
Bob provides comprehensive financial guidance to his clients and has extensive experience in advising individuals about wealth management, estate planning and retirement planning. He has lectured and written articles about all three of these topics. In addition, Bob taught “Ready, Set, Retire” classes as part of the adult education program offered by Lone Star College.
Bob believes in giving back to the local community and currently is a member of the board of Meals on Wheels Montgomery County. He has also served on various United Way and fundraising committees for local charitable organizations.
Born in Illinois, Bob graduated from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business and the University of Illinois law school. He and his wife moved to The Woodlands in 1999 and have two children. In his spare time, Bob enjoys playing golf.
Darren Bobley's wealth management and financial services career has spanned several decades and several major financial firms including Shearson Lehman Brothers, Citigroup, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and Oppenheimer & Co. Inc.
As a Financial Advisor and Certified Financial Planner™ professional, Darren is well qualified to help guide his clients through the entire financial planning process. In order to earn the Certified Financial Planner™ certification, Darren took the extra step to demonstrate his professionalism by voluntarily submitting to the rigorous CFP® certification process that includes extensive education, examination, experience and ethical requirements.
Darren’s goal is to guide each of his clients toward comfortable, meaningful retirements. He especially enjoys the design phase of financial planning, which is when he is able to share his viewpoints and recommended portfolio options.
A graduate of New York University, Darren has many interests including writing, reading, watching films, and playing tennis. In the 1990s, he earned an M.F.A. in Screenwriting from The American Film Institute in Los Angeles. Darren met his wife, Nickole, while in Los Angeles, and the Bobleys now live with their two sons in The Woodlands.

Rudy Wentzler chose to pursue his passion for investing when he joined Woodforest Financial Services. Experienced in both strategy development and quality management, he is well equipped to help others pursue their long-term financial goals through comprehensive, individualized financial planning.
His client-focused approach to financial planning ensures the recommended investment programs take into account each client’s financial objectives, time frames and risk tolerance. Rudy works hard to develop customized financial strategies that incorporate asset allocation, financial management, retirement planning, college planning and succession planning.
Prior to joining Woodforest Financial, Rudy spent more than twelve years in various leadership and management roles while serving in the military and working in the chemical industry. His military experience includes two combat tours in Iraq, and he was twice awarded The Bronze Star Medal.
A native of The Woodlands, Rudy has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business. He is grateful for all of his experiences including the chance to travel to more than 35 countries on six continents and climb Mount Kilimanjaro. Thomas Stewart grew up wanting to be a Financial Advisor after learning about investments at an early age from his father. A 10+ year veteran of the financial services industry, Thomas is happiest when his clients achieve their financial goals.

A native Texan, Thomas has spent most of his life in the Conroe to Huntsville corridor. Richard’s guiding principle is that the client comes first, and he begins each relationship by developing an understanding of each unique situation. Although Richard now calls Texas home, he was born in Mississippi and grew up in Mexico City. Outside of work, he spends his time either with his teenage son or on his hobbies, which include golf, tennis and watching football.
More than 23 years ago, Steve Worford switched careers to become a Financial Advisor because he is passionate about helping people and making a difference in their lives. Steve’s approach is straightforward and based on first understanding each client’s unique situation and goals. When not working with clients, Steve enjoys attending his grandchildren’s sporting events, going to the lake, playing golf or watching his beloved Jayhawks play basketball. He, his wife, children and grandchildren are long-time residents of the Spring area.
Laurie McLaughlin fulfills two key roles for Woodforest Financial Services. As Branch Office Administrator, she handles all compliance related issues for the Woodforest Financial Services team.
Serving also as a Financial Advisor results in Laurie spending considerable time with clients. She believes serving their needs begins with building strong, lasting partnerships. By focusing on listening closely to each client, she is able to understand each person’s unique set of financial objectives. Laurie then works to help her clients improve their financial situations by developing plans tailored to their individual goals and risk tolerances.

Skeeter enjoys helping people in all aspects of his life as evidenced by his extensive community involvement. He is a current member of the Conroe Independent School District Board of Trustees and active in the Education for Tomorrow Alliance, which connects the business and education communities in Montgomery County. Other leadership positions include serving as a past Board member for The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce, Montgomery County Emergency Assistance, Woodlands Community Association, Connecting Families and Conroe YMCA.
Skeeter’s family is very important to him. He and his wife, Bonnie, have four children and are long-time residents of Montgomery County. In his spare time, Skeeter enjoys most sports and outdoor activities such as hunting and fishing.
