Serving the financial needs of Hoosiers is in Charlie’s blood.  After all, he was the third generation of his family to lead the former Industrial Trust & Savings Bank in Muncie.  Following his 20-year banking career he looked for a new avenue to serve and in 1999 began his career as a Financial Advisor.

Along the way Charlie made sure his education and professional designations would prepare him for today’s complex financial world.  He became a CERTIFIED FINANACIAL PLANNER™ professional in 2008.  He earned his MBA from the University of Virginia’s Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business and his BS in Finance from the Indiana University Kelly School of Business.  He holds Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 securities licenses and health and life insurance licenses.  He is also a graduate of the Raymond James Institute of Investment Management Consulting.*

Community service and philanthropy are also in Charlie’s blood.  His extensive community engagement includes the following relevant experiences:  Ball State University Foundation, former board member and Investment Committee Vice-Chair; Community Foundation of Muncie and Delaware County, former board member, board Chair and Investment Committee Chair; Indiana Youth Institute, former board member, board Chair and Finance Committee Chair.

Charlie and his wife, Claudia, reside in Yorktown. They have three grown children and five grandchildren.  In his spare time he enjoys travel, golf and family activities.
