RJAS Operations Administrator

Mollie Marot is the Operations Administrator for RJAS, where she manages the daily operational functions that support the 1819 team and contributes to the overall effectiveness of the broader organization. She joined Raymond James in 2019, bringing with her more than 25 years of experience as an educator and principal—experience that honed her strengths in leadership, organization, and analytical problem‑solving.

Before transitioning to financial services, Mollie served as an associate principal at The Children’s Home of Cincinnati. Her background in educational administration equipped her with a deep understanding of process management, team coordination, and client service—skills she now applies to ensure operational accuracy, regulatory alignment, and a seamless experience for both colleagues and clients.

Mollie holds the FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, underscoring her commitment to professional excellence and industry depth. In her current role, she is known for her strong rapport with advisors, clients, and internal partners, as well as her ability to manage complex workflows, resolve inquiries efficiently, and maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with firm and industry standards.

She earned a master’s degree in educational administration from the American College of Education in Indianapolis and a bachelor’s degree in secondary education from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Mollie lives in Liberty Township with her husband, Patrick. She is exceptionally proud of her large family and treasures the time spent with her six children—Joe (and his wife Christina), Luke (and his wife Megan), Liz (and her husband Josh), John (and his wife Sam), Paul, and Kate—and her beautiful grandchildren. Outside of work, Mollie enjoys spending time with family and friends, kayaking, golfing, spoiling her grandchildren, and cheering on the Reds and Bengals. She is a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Parish in Fairfield and a proud alumna of Miami University.
