Before joining Raymond James, Kim built deep experience across financial services and client-focused roles. She served as a customer service associate at Merrill Lynch from 2002 to 2007, a trust operations clerk at Bank of Ashland from 1990 to 1998 and a licensed life and health agent with Commonwealth Insurance Company from 1988 to 1990.

Originally from Russell, Kentucky, Kim still lives there today with her husband, Michael. They have one daughter, Alexandra, and enjoy traveling together, especially to Disney parks. Outside the office, Kim and her husband pastor a church, a role that reflects her natural inclination toward serving and supporting others.
