Steve brings more than three decades of experience in financial planning and investment management to his role as an advisor. He works with individuals and families to build thoughtful, goal-based strategies for retirement, estate and trust planning.

He believes in helping clients maintain, grow and enjoy their wealth while planning for future generations. With steady guidance and an analytical approach, Steve takes pride in helping clients find confidence in their financial decisions for the road ahead.

Before joining Raymond James in 2007, Steve spent more than a decade with Merrill Lynch as an assistant vice president. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky and completed the Graduate Trust Officer Certification program at Northwestern University. He holds both the Certified Financial Planner® certification and Certified Public Accountant credentials.

Steve believes that clients appreciate his thoughtful advice, practical insight and commitment to seeing the full financial picture, from investments and family goals to legacy planning, and that his ability to connect both personally and professionally helps clients feel supported through every stage of life.

A lifelong resident of Ashland, Kentucky, Steve lives there with his wife, Toby. He enjoys traveling with his daughters, Sarah and Hannah, and spending time with his grandchildren.
