Susan has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry serving as a sales assistant to financial advisors in several national brokerage firms.
As a registered client associate, Susan helps us address the needs, requests and questions of our clients in an efficient and timely manner. She enjoys being in a position to help people pursue their financial goals and gain a greater understanding of investing.
Susan also assists our team with virtually every area of client service, including setting appointments, transferring funds between accounts, sending dividend checks, opening new accounts, tracking transactions, trading and monitoring internal municipal bond inventories.
Susan joined our team in 2005 and, during her career, held client service positions at PaineWebber, Prudential, Wachovia and the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). She has Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and earned a bachelor’s degree in history with a minor in Latin American Studies/Chicano Studies from UCLA.
Originally from Chicago, Susan lives in the South Bay area. She and her husband, Jose, have two sons, Kevin and Jonathan, who is college-bound this year. She enjoys being active in her church and involved with her children’s school functions and sports teams.
