Ang joined the team as a full time Customer Service Associate in May 2025, supporting daily operations and helping to ensuring seamless service for clients. Prior to relocating to Maine, Ang worked at the National Visa Center in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. There, she supported the U.S. Department of State’s Congressional Inquiries Unit, gaining valuable experience in high-level administrative support within a federal agency.
