Chris Raulston is a Raymond James home office partner.

Clients can rely on Chris for a wealth of experience and knowledge gained from more than 25 years in the financial and accounting industries. Chris joined Raymond James in 2013 as part of the firm’s merger with Morgan Keegan. Prior to Morgan Keegan, Chris worked for the Private Client Services group of Arthur Andersen. His many areas of expertise include sophisticated income, gift and estate tax planning for high-net-worth clients, stock option planning, succession planning for business owners, planned charitable giving and education planning and funding strategies.

Chris earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Mississippi Patterson School of Accountancy and his Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law. He also attended the Strum College of Law at the University of Denver’s Graduate Tax Program. Chris is a registered representative with FINRA, a licensed life and health insurance agent and variable annuity agent in Tennessee, an investment advisor representative with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and a Certified Financial Planner™ professional. His memberships include the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), the Taxation section of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Bar Association (Taxation & Real Property and Trust & Estate sections), the Tennessee Bar Association, the Memphis Bar Association and the Mississippi Bar.

Chris and his wife are the proud parents of a daughter and identical twin sons. Chris was born in Knoxville, Tennessee, but moved many times with his family – living in many places including Florida, Hawaii and Louisiana.
