Guiding others through the critical choices in their life is a passion of mine. Earlier in life as an athlete, I was fortunate to have some wonderful coaches and mentors that helped guide and shape me. They taught me about setting goals, having a plan, and working hard in an effort to achieve those goals. And as a direct result, I was able to be a part of a few championship teams. My goal is to be a trusted resource for my clients to help guide them at every juncture in their lives so they can experience success in achieving their goals.
Every client brings a different set of objectives to the table, and I am qualified to handle the intricacies of each plan. As a CRPC® financial professional, I implement a holistic approach. For over 13 years, I have been helping people set, prioritize and track their financial goals, and implement investment and planning strategies. I absolutely love my job and the relationships I’ve been able to build with my clients through this process.
As a fiduciary, I am committed to putting your needs first and implementing strategies that are in your best interest. And while I have a strong belief in planning, all plans need to be flexible enough to adjust to changes in your goals, life circumstances, or changing market and economic conditions. At critical inflection points, I can be the one you turn to because I know and care about you and your situation.
Over the years, I have worked extensively with employees of hi-tech firms. When working with these individuals, I take a particular interest in educating them on the importance of diversification of concentrated stock holdings in an effort to minimize their risk and tax consequences over time.
The dedication to the services I provide, coupled with the success of my clients has earned me recognition by Bank Investment Consultant Magazine in its annual Top Financial Advisors ranking.1
Born and raised in Washington, I am an avid Mariners, Seahawks and Huskies fan. I am the father of four children and I love to spend as much time with my family as possible. I enjoy wakeboarding in the summer, skiing in the winter, coaching youth sports and volunteering for occasional adventures with the Boys Scouts of America year round.
Give me a call and let’s discuss your goals. I look forward to meeting you.

1 To compile the list, multiple variables were combined into one composite score. The six categories used are: (1) Assets under management; (2) Trailing-12 month production; (3) Percentage increase in AUM from the previous year; (4) Percentage increase in T-12 production; (5) Amount of fee business; and (6) The ratio of production-per-AUM. (Note: 2015 AUM was defined as the amount an advisor had as of Aug. 31, 2016. Likewise, for T-12 production, the 12- month period ending Aug. 31, 2016 was used.) The nominees were ranked by each of the six categories and then six different scores were calculated based on where they ranked. Those six scores were used to compile the final list. The ranking may not be representative of any one client's experience, is not an endorsement, and is not indicative of future performance.
