With over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, I have a strong foundation of organizational expertise and a deep commitment to client care in my role as a Client Services Specialist. My priority is to ensure every client interaction is smooth, responsive, and tailored to their unique needs—especially for those in the greater San Diego area.

I believe that truly listening is the first step in building trust. I take the time to understand each client’s concerns and goals, creating a supportive and reliable experience. My strengths lie in anticipating client needs, managing sensitive communications with professionalism, and ensuring that every process runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

No two days are the same in my role—and that’s exactly what I enjoy. I focus on proactive outreach, timely follow-ups, and ongoing service support, which allows Jeff and Chris to stay focused on delivering strategic financial guidance. I’m also committed to continuous learning, so I can provide clients with up-to-date, relevant support in an ever-evolving industry.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in counseling, which together help me approach client service with both precision and empathy. Outside of work, I enjoy quality time with my two sons, family gatherings, great food, and playing badminton.
