Tracey Troina

Tracey Troina, a seasoned professional with over 30 years of office management and customer service experience, began her journey with Raymond James in the Information Technology department in 2015. Her focus on quality and compassion led her to transition to the ICD Midwest Division in 2017, where she now plays a pivotal role in supporting the team’s efforts.

As the Division Liaison, Tracey serves as the first point of contact for inquiries. She facilitates communication between different home office departments, ensuring mutual understanding and unity of purpose and action. Her responsibilities extend to responding to the needs of branch owners, branch managers, financial advisors, and branch professionals. She assists them by answering their questions, coordinating requests, and helping resolve problems.

Tracey’s role as a personal advocate at the home office makes her a valuable information resource. She works closely with you on matters that impact your branch, making her an integral part of the team.

Outside of her professional life, Tracey resides in Madeira Beach, Florida. She enjoys boating, hunting, and training her Aussie, Bodhi, in her personal time.
