An impressive 25-year track record in the financial services industry enables Tom to apply a comprehensive overview of industry concerns when he is coaching and consulting with financial advisors and branch managers. As a senior sales management professional with responsibility for supervising businesses in the productive Northeast Region, he takes a realistic view of industry best practices. “I want to focus efforts on those producers who want to grow their practices by providing as much one-on-one coaching and consulting as possible.”
Tom wants to get to know financial advisors and branch managers just as the best advisors get to know their clients. Establishing successful relationships allows him to address branch office problems and concerns – and assists him in determining how to align Raymond James resources to help. He aims for a 50/50 mix between addressing problems and consulting on business growth. Tom values the national, regional and Practice Intelligence workshops that allow him to interact more intimately with the region’s most successful and aspiring branch managers.
A native of central New York, Tom has lived in Florida since 1981.
