Karen Coyne, CFP®

Karen Coyne is the co-founder of an independent wealth management practice at Raymond James. With over 18 years of experience, she helps physicians and other business owners make smart financial decisions, whether positioning a practice for growth, or preparing for retirement. She is also an author, having written articles for Physicians Practice, Medical Economics, and Dentistryiq.com.

Karen is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and also serves as the registered principal. She holds the securities licenses Series 7, 63, 66, 24 and Life and Health Insurance licenses and is also an Investment Management Consultant (IMC).

Karen is a member of the Raymond James Women’s Advisory Council. She also serves on the board of the Community Foundation of Washington County Maryland, and chairs the Women’s Giving Circle. She is an unabashed foodie and wine enthusiast and an avid tennis player, so when not in the office, or with her two young sons, Abe and Max, you’ll find her on the courts. Karen has lived and traveled overseas, but is happiest surrounded by friends and family, wherever that may be. She resides in Hagerstown, Maryland.
