Raymond James Opens New Office in Hackensack, New Jersey, Recruits Two Teams Managing $783 Million

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Raymond James recruited financial advisors Gary Rosen, Daniel Kramer, Grigori “Greg” Lvov and Robert Kikin to Raymond James & Associates (RJA) – the firm’s traditional employee broker/dealer – in Hackensack, New Jersey, according to Tom Galvin, North Atlantic regional director for RJA. The advisors join Raymond James Advisor Select (RJAS) division from Wells Fargo Advisors. The new RJAS office is managed by complex manager Christopher Leavy.

Rosen and Kramer operate as Constantine Wealth Management and previously managed $621 million in client assets. They provide wealth management services to high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs and business owners and healthcare professionals. Advisors Lvov and Kikin operate as the Lvov-Kikin Financial Consulting Group of Raymond James and previously managed $162 million in client assets.

“Our number one reason for moving to Raymond James was the ability to have greater freedom, flexibility and control to run our practice with our vision,” said Rosen. “We were also looking to align ourselves with a firm that values the advisor-client relationship and recognizes that we own that relationship.”

Rosen, a founding partner of Constantine Wealth Management, has been in the industry for more than 23 years, beginning at Dean Witter Reynolds in 1994, and later Prudential Securities and Wells Fargo. He received his bachelor’s degree in international relations from Clark University, and later became a Certified Investment Management Analyst®.

Kramer, a partner of Constantine Wealth Management with more than 24 years of industry experience, previously served as vice president with Thomas Weisel Partners and Morgan Stanley before moving to Wells Fargo in 2002, where he served as managing director. He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Lvov began his financial services career in 2003 after graduating from Montclair State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He has worked at RBC Dain Rauscher and later joined Wells Fargo for 10 years before moving to Raymond James.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Kikin began his financial services career at PHD Capital, followed by Citigroup and later, Wells Fargo. He graduated from The City College School of Engineering in New York City with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.

“I am pleased to welcome Gary, Dan, Greg and Bob to the firm,” said Galvin. “Raymond James continues to build on our strong presence in the Northeast, and with their combined experience and commitment to putting clients first, these advisors are excellent additions to our firm.”
