Alex. Brown welcomes $500 million advisor team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Alex. Brown, a division of Raymond James, recently welcomed experienced financial advisors Steve Kanteliotis, Stephen Gitter and Frank Brodsky in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, according to John Sutton, regional director for the Alex. Brown Metropolitan region.

Kanteliotis, Gitter and Brodsky join from Wells Fargo, where they previously managed $500 million in client assets. The team is joined by Practice Business Manager Michael Gambol and Investment Portfolio Associate Frederick Daniels and operates as Kanteliotis Wealth Management. The team joins Alex. Brown’s Philadelphia office, which is managed by Robert Kenney.

Kanteliotis is the founding member and managing partner of Kanteliotis Wealth Management and has been in the financial services industry for 22 years. He started his career at Prudential Securities and moved to Wells Fargo in 2005. Kanteliotis is a graduate of Penn State University.

Gitter has been in the financial services industry for 39 years. He is a graduate of Penn State University and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Temple University School of Dentistry. Gitter started in financial services at Drexel Burnham and over the years has worked at Prudential Securities, Morgan Stanley and Wachovia Securities, which was acquired by Wells Fargo Advisors in 2008.

Brodsky started in the financial services industry in 1956. He served in Korea and Japan in the Special Category Army with Air Force (SCARWAF) during the Korean War. Brodsky attended Peirce College and Saint Joseph’s University.

Gambol has been in the financial services industry for 25 years. He started his career at TD Ameritrade and spent 13 years at BlackRock Inc. before moving on to Wells Fargo. Gambol earned his bachelor’s and MBA from Penn State University.

Daniels has 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. He is a graduate of the University of Scranton with a degree in finance.
